Their focus is the well-being of seniors and the communities to which they belong, and Laura and Vanessa take great care to ensure their clients’ highest priorities are being served. Laura and Vanessa have a combined 40 years of project management, design and real estate experience. They bring practical solutions, high taste levels and client empathy to the complexity of downsizing and moving, ensuring their clients arrive to their beautiful new surroundings as smoothly as possible.

Laura is a proud Texas native who has actually lived in Atlanta longer than she lived in Texas. She has always worked for luxury businesses, including a highly sought after real estate brokerage. Her strong project management background and attention to detail ensures clients have the best possible experience when transitioning from one home to the next. Laura lives in East Cobb with her husband and two daughters.
Vanessa is a seasoned interior designer who finds inspiration in the spaces clients are coming from and the places they are going. Architecture, unconventional collectibles, and family heirlooms provide a sense of history and whimsy that is a key element to Vanessa’s design philosophy. She and the New Thresholds team work hand in hand with clients to reflect that history and bring a new home to life with impeccable taste. Vanessa lives in Atlanta with her husband and two young sons.
